Resin driveways/patios/paths are extremely resistant to staining issues compared to traditional surfacing like concrete, asphalt and stone. The resin acts like a sealant and prevents oil or other staining substances entering natural stone aggregates.

The porous structure of the finish surface allows residues that might be staining to non permeable surfaces, to be naturally washed away rather than being absorbed.

Weed Resistant

Resin bound surfaces can be installed in a clever cellular arrangement that makes them resistant to weed growth. This is why patios, driveways and paths are protected from weed growth. Because the surface is porous, water does not remain within it and so weed roots cannot take root.

Anti Slip Properties

We follow the manufacturer’s guidelines to ensure exceptional anti-slip properties of all resin driveways, patios and paths. Testing has shown that all surfaces meet safety requirements set forth in BS 7976-2 guidelines. A “Pendulum test value” (PVT) is the measurement of anti-slip properties. 36 means that the PTV value is required by the Health and Safety Executive. It is 36 because the greater the value, the more slip resistance it is.
